Galvanized Wire Catagory:

(1) Hot dip galvanizing wire is dipped in the liquid zinc of heating melting, fast processing

and coating but the thickness is not uniform, the minimum thickness of the market allowed

is 45 micron,and the highest can be amount to 300 micron. For the dark color, the consumption

of zinc metal, infiltration layer is formed with the base metal, good corrosion resistance, hot

dip galvanized outdoor environment can be kept decades.

(2) Electro galvanized wire is made of the zinc plated metal appearance gradually through

the current one-way in the plating tank, production speed is slow but with uniform coating.

Its thickness is thin, usually only 3-15 micron, and with the bright appearance, poor corrosion

resistance, in general, a few months will be rusted.
