Structure of Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil:
*Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier film to enhance long-term durability.
*Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance.
*Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance.
*Base steel sheet.
Application of Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil:
1.Application of color coated steel sheet: Outdoor: roof, roof structure, surface sheet of balcony, frame of window, door, door of garage, roller shutter door, booth, Persian blinds, cabana, refrigerated wagon and so on. Indoor: door, isolater, frame of door, light steel structure of house, sliding door, folding screen, ceiling, internal decoration of toilet and elevator.
2.Refrigerator, refrigerated wagon, washing machine, electric baker, automatic selling machine, air conditioner, copying machine, cabinet, electric fan, vacuum sweeper and so on.
3.Application in transportation
Ceiling of automobile, board , internal decoration board, external shelf of automobile, carriage board, car ,instrument panel, shelf of operating platform, trolley bus, ceiling of railway, color isolator of ship, furniture of ship, floor, cargo container and so on.
4.Application in furniture and sheet metal processing
Electric warming oven, shelf of water heater, counter, shelves, chest of drawers ,chair, archive cabinet, book shelves.
Packing and shipping:
Each bare coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil (or not) and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof /resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.
